Ball State University Schiedler apartments project consisted of exterior renovation and interior renovations.  On the exterior of the buildings ICS framed a new roof system and installed a new shingled roof.  New gutters, soffit, and fascia were also installed on the buildings.  The exterior wood siding was also scraped repaired and painted along with the fences and storage sheds around the units.  On the interior of the units all new windows and doors were installed as well as all new trim inside the units.  Below are pictures for before the work and after the renovation was complete.
