Alexandria Alexandria manor- This project was a complete rehab on the exterior as well as a rehab on the interior. The exterior renovations included foundation work, siding replacement, and roofing. We also removed the brick at the bottom of the buildings due to the moister and mold issues that the complex was having. As for the interior we installed all new solid pine wood doors, Entry doors, trim and casing, bath tubs, and showers. We also converted 2 units into an ADA accessible units.
All the above pictures are of the complex before the renovation. The wood and the foundational problems you can see are due to the moisture that was penetrating through the brick and creating many issues including mold.
This picture is of the foundation after all work had been done and it was restored.
The pictures above are the finished product after all exterior work was complete.
