Kensington Home Kensington is an addition located across the street from Center Grove High School. This home was a custom build job in which we worked with the home owner on all steps including the design all the way through the final finished product. The home owners added a few touches along the way to make this house truly unique. One touch was the stone and brick mix that they chose for the exterior, another was the arches that are throughout the home on the main floor and in the basement. The home is around 2500 sq. ft. on the main level with a full basement. the house is very livable and great for hosting parties with the upstairs and downstairs kitchen as well as the two fire places. the house is very inviting and with a wonderful kitchen and dining room it makes a great place to host large families for the holidays.
The exterior of the house was finished with a enormous deck that allows for a lot of extra room to host guest or a nice place to spend a quite evening
The entry way has Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and a number of arches to give this home a lot of character.
The master bath is equipped with a corner Jacuzzi and shower with two shower heads and body sprays.
The kitchen is a real focal point of this house with two entries from the hall and from the living room it is decked out with custom maple cabinets that include two storage cabinets with glass doors. there are can lights all around the kitchen as well as the dining area light you can see hanging. There is a extra large kitchen sink as well as a separate vegetable sink located on the island.
The living room is at the heart of the house and the fire place is located right as you walk in to give it a very warm and inviting feel.
